NewBook is Australia’s leading ‘All-in-One’ cloud based management system. NewBook is locally owned and established on the Gold Coast in 2010 by 32-year-old local entrepreneur Bradley Illich. Brad now runs a team of over 30 full time local employees in two completely revamped offices in Southport and has opened additional 2 offices internationally.
Bradley’s entrepreneurial journey started 16 years ago, in the year 2000, as a young sole trader. His first company Xtreme was founded in 2000 and focused on providing a complete spectrum of B2B IT services. During the first several years, since the foundation of Xtreme, the only solution Xtreme did not provide was a reservation and management system. We were acting as a ‘bridge’ between our clients and their existing ‘third-party’ management system.
Our clients kept coming to us and asking – “is there a better alternative”, or “do we know of…” or “are we able to create a better” more intelligent and integrated management system; tailored to their ever-growing needs in meeting the 21st century marketplace demands. Bradley found himself in a position where he had all available resources, expertise, programmers, developers, infrastructure and the data centre to build a complete new, cutting-edge reservation management system from the ground-up.
Brad originates from a family who has been involved in the tourism industry and tourist parks for over four decades. Throughout the years, Brad has received multiple tourism industry awards and has been taking the industry by storm.
NewBook’s reservation and property management system is solely focused on the tourism and hospitality industry. What separates NewBook from the competition and what makes this platform unique, is the ability of its PMS (Property Management System) to provide a complete spectrum of services which can be individually tailored to any business, regardless of size or organisational complexity.
NewBook has been recognised for outstanding efforts and contribution to tourism Australia wide. Some of those recent achievements include:
2016- Queensland Tourism Industry Council Prize for Innovation in Tourism- Winner
