We started the search for a new property management system for several reasons. Our previous system didn’t have the ability to connect to required channels and functionality was limited when it came to rate package flexibility and financial reporting.

Whilst many systems offered similar qualities to that of NewBook, the deciding factors came down to their increased flexibility with rate control, better connectivity with channels and their centralised database for guest staying across our 3 hotels. The biggest advantage they gave us though was to work with us in developing their group functionality as a vast proportion of our revenue comes from group bookings.

The NewBook team have been extremely amenable and really couldn’t have done more. They were patient whilst we worked through all our questions and requirements in the sales process and when it came to our implementation and first few weeks live, they went above and beyond to help us through some challenging situations.

We are looking forward to having better and more accurate financial reporting and with the advanced rate functionality we are guaranteed to maximise our revenue.
