Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort has been pushing boundaries and staying ahead of industry trends for many years, which made it difficult to find systems that could keep up with our advanced requirements. Our previous PMS providers were slow to implement ideas or innovations, which sometimes held us back. After hearing about NewBook I flew to Australia to meet Brad and I was blown away with the ground-breaking work he was doing in both of his businesses, Xtreme and NewBook. His passion, forward-thinking approach and genuine openness to feedback is what made us take a leap of faith and try NewBook. The speed at which the team implemented new features was incredible and affirmed the change was the right move for our business. NewBook is exactly what we were looking for; we now have the ability to work with real-time data and integrate all parts of our business. This has enabled us to provide our guests with a great experience, streamline our business processes and spend more time working on further innovations in our business and the industry.
