1. Self-Service Online Booking Modifications
We’ve seen accommodation providers worldwide receive an influx of booking cancellations due to travel restrictions, lockdowns, and border closures. So, we’ve developed this new feature to reduce your team’s workload during these times. Your guests can now modify or cancel their bookings directly through their NewBook Online Portal without needing to speak to your staff.
Not only is this a time saver for your team, but it also provides your guests greater control over their stay.
2. Build Your Own Loyalty Program
Did you know that customers who are part of a loyalty program are 62% more likely to spend more and 59% more likely to choose the brand than others? Rewarding your guests through a customised loyalty program is a great way to secure repeat bookings and make your guests feel special.
You can build your very own Loyalty Program in NewBook with the ability to design your own tiers, points system and select how you would like to reward your guests! It’s simple to set up and a great way to build relationships with your guests.
3. Activities & Day Passes
We’ve made some exciting enhancements to Activities in NewBook, which means you can now sell Day Passes & Seasonal Passes to your property! This could be a great additional stream of revenue for your property.
Another of our favourite improvements is the new QR codes on tickets. Your staff will now be able to scan the QR codes on activity tickets to view all relevant information. This will help streamline your operations and save time when it comes to the day of your activity.
