NewBook was proud to be a show sponsor at the 2021 ARVC Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE) for a 3rd year running. The show was buzzing with excitement and energy as the industry came back together once again after a virtual event in 2020.
Campground operators were eager to learn from industry leaders and on the hunt for new systems and suppliers to level up their businesses and meet the demands of their campers as the outdoor hospitality industry continues to boom. The industry event of the year attracted more than 850 delegates and our team had a blast connecting with all our NewBook customers, campground operators and industry suppliers for another successful show.

Fresh S’s mores, giveaways, and good company ” the NewBook booth was where it ” at! Our Self-Service Kiosks made their first event debut with a lot of interest from operators wanting to provide safe and contactless guest experiences, while also reducing the workload for employees.
The NewBook team were running live demos of the system, getting to know campgrounds operations and pain points and showcasing how NewBook helps to overcome them.

After a huge day of learning on Tuesday, NewBook welcomed over 70 people to a fun-filled networking event. Featuring beer tasting, flowing drinks, delicious food and live music; it couldn’t have been better, and we thank you to everyone who came along. We loved connecting with you all.
