Split Bookings

If a guest calls to make a booking and their preferred style of accommodation isn’t available for their full length of stay, creating a Split Booking will allow you to make a reservation over two different styles of accommodation.

For in-house guests, you can use the Split Booking feature to process an upgrade mid-stay or simply move a guest due to maintenance reasons. Creating a Split Booking will make sure don’t lose the information about the first room they reserved.
