About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Manager to take on this newly created leadership role at our brand new Irvine branch office.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide support and training to new and existing clients
  • Provide clear direction, management and leadership to the training/support team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training for your team
  • Troubleshooting/support skills
  • Familiarity with an IT ticketing system
  • Experience with PABX phone systems & Outlook (or similar)
  • Assist in setting up and configuring NewBook for new and existing clients
  • Deliver training to new and existing clients in the use of NewBook and assist in the transition from their previous system
  • Attend onsite training at clients premises as required
  • Attend workshops as required

Skills and experience

  • Good team player and motivator, positive and proactive, strong
  • Communication and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships using your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with reservation systems such as Micros Fidelio/Opera, Protel, Campspot, Campground Master, RMS, RDP, Astra, etc is a must
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • High level problem-solving skills with the ability to provide flexible and timely solutions
  • Excellent presentation and vibrant personality
  • Ability to self-manage, manage a team and work well under pressure
