Customer Support Agent

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Front Office / Reservations superstar to join our ever-expanding team.

Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry is essential as you will be spending your days supporting and training our loyal clients on how to get the most out of our system.

Activities include:

  • Supporting client issues via phone and email
  • Delivering training to new and existing clients
  • Nurturing existing client relationships
  • Play a critical role in the onboarding of new clients
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and features, and be able to speak to these with confidence.
  • Assist cross functional teams with product support as required

Key Skills

  • Excellence written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service – within hotels/holiday parks
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers
  • Experience managing high volume of demands simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with clients at all times
