As we continue to welcome new clients into the newbook family, the need to bring on passionate and dedicated team members grows. We are currently seeking new team members to assist with onboarding our new clients onto our platform and services.
Activities include:
- Partner with clients during their setup, transitional period and after live period
- Program management of the onboarding process, ensuring clients are meeting milestones and internal teams are resourced and prepared
- Gather business requirements and apply detailed working knowledge of Newbook and its features to support the client’s business
- Data entry of complex client data
- Triaging client requests and applying detailed working knowledge of NewBook and its features to support the client’s business
- Become a bit of an expert in our product, and help train others when needed
- Assist cross-functional teams with product support as required.

- A clear communicator, on the phone and over email
- Tech savvy on the basics, don’t worry, we will train you on our system!
- Able to work independently and #getstuffdone
- Attention to detail is one of your superpowers
- Master at building strong relationships with clients and peers
- Experience supporting and onboarding SaaS customers
