I’m really loving the automated contact that NewBook affords us!
For example, ten days before check-in, all campers get an e-signature document with our campground rules, photo waiver and COVID rules. If they sign it, then they don’t get another email until three days before check-in with activities, etc. If they don’t sign, they get three more reminders with the e-doc.
After check-out, they are now getting an automated survey! If they love us, they are getting a link to review us on Facebook and/or Google. If they’re unhappy, they get an email that we will be calling them, and my private email address.
